Each seminar participant is responsible for the supervision and safekeeping of their personal belongings. The provider shall not be liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any theft, damage, or loss of personal belongings brought to the seminar.

The organizer/service provider assumes no liability for any physical or psychological injuries or damages occurring during the event, unless they result from intentional or grossly negligent conduct on the part of the organizer. Participation is at the participant’s own responsibility.
